A stretch of the Long Island Expressway has reopened after it was closed for nearly two hours on Thursday morning, Dec. 17.
The closure was on the eastbound side near Exit 56 in Hauppauge.
Suffolk County Police did not specify if the closure is related to weather conditions or a crash.
